One of my fave quotes. But I would make a slight little change (soz Walt Disney). But dreaming isn't enough - you need to visualise it. This is where so many people go wrong when they are generate a business idea or within the first stages of their business.
They are DREAMING about running an online business but this is normally because they have seen somebody promoting this exact career choice. So they think "aaaaah yes I'll do that" but it normally doesn't actually work for them or they want to do it. Trust me when I say, I did the exact same thing. It took me well over a year to get to this place, but I don't want that for you. So we've put the WHOLE year long process into this course.

But WTAF how do I get this?
I thought exactly the same thing. And I tried, four times.
1 - LoCT (Low Cost Toys) re-selling children's toys from a wholesaler at a lower price. Had the biz plan but never followed through.
2 - Cheeki Monkeys - planning and hosting markets, a bit like a car boot sale particularly for selling preloved kids gear - loved the job, hosted 7 events, made little money and was so embarrassed so I gave up in the end.
3 - MODIFY - reselling preowned adults and childrens clothes but on my own terms. I had no biz plan, a website and all the selling sites but NO social media to promote. Made no money and also gave up.
4 - KSVA - leading a team of associates to complete admin and social related tasks. I was a VA at that time. It worked for a while, I did make money but I didn't like the responsibility and there was no structure. Plus I didn't do my due diligence and only one of my associates I'm still in touch with now and love her to death.
We have learnt the HARD way every time. A biz plan = too formal. Mindset issues = too embarrassed and hide away. No biz plan = no structure. Little return = I thought I needed to be earning 10K a month to succeed.
All of that is BS. I wasn't disciplined enough but they also were not the right job for me.
Dealing with your mindset and really understanding what you want your business model to look like is more important than you'll ever know.
Without an entrepreneur mindset and clear administration behind the scenes that will literally tell you what you want and need to do you're probably not going to make it.
Least not happily anyway.
